Politics is a process used by groups of people for making collective decisions. The notion is applied to the science or art of running state affairs, but also applies to fields, institutions, and special groups such as religious, academic, and corporate segments of the society. It includes power and authority and refers to the tactics and methods used to apply policy and to regulation of public affairs within a political unit.

Authoritarian-Libertarian Politics

These terms refer to the personal freedoms each individual possesses in that society relative to the state. Authoritarian political system is determined by subjugating of individual rights and goals to group rights and goals. Libertarians hold the individual rights above the state.

World Politics

Today’s world politics is aimed to protect the planet from repeating world war events taken place in the previous century. After the fall of communism and the development of nuclear bomb, international politics has faced new challenges. The United Nations is an international regulator watching the applying of political rules to make sure the experience of the 20th century will never be repeated again.
