Since the leader of primeval tribe had noticed that the trees of neighboring tribe gave more fruits, the international relationships appeared. Moderninternational politics has its roots growing from this process. But considering economic and industrial development and growth of population, politics needs to develop new tricks. Tribes were substituted by countries, trees have become resource deposits, wealth and technologies but the importance of international cooperation remained urgent.
The main feature of modern politics is a tendency to create international organizations for different purposes. It was noted that the task of keeping national interests becomes less complicated when you have influential patron. Mainly it is a prerogative of the Western world but it can’t be denied that it gives certain benefits. For example North Atlantic Trade Organization (NATO) unites the most powerful Western countries including the USA and the EU but they are glad to invite countries from the East to prove their power to possible competitors placing military bases next to their borders. Eastern countries of the third world get a powerful patron.
